If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access ( or Early arrival charge 50% from your room rate ). Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart ( Or Late Check-out Charge max until 6pm only charged 50% from your room rate ). If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.

At Veranda Hotel, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available due-to hotel mistakes, we will arrange your accommodation and transportation to another hotel at our expense, as reasonable. All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed by a major credit card. A deposit equal to all nights booked plus 21% tax will be charged at time of reservation. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge, refund will be deducted 5% from total refund amount.

Failure to arrive in our hotel will be treated as no-show.

Veranda Hotel @ Pakubuwono charges no additional fee for children under 12 years old and under occupying the same guest room as their parents or guardians (space permitting) ( we suggest to take an Extra bed). Special rates may be available for two adults and two childrens 18 years old and under occupying two rooms, subject to availability.
